Shipping:
All shipments shall be forwarded by UPS ground service or any other common carrier so designated by Shipper. A one time handling fee of $6.95 shall be charged on the first carton only of each new order. No additional charges shall be added for multiple carton orders. At the request of the customer cartons may be shipped NEXT DAY AIR (Red Label) or SECOND DAY AIR (Blue Label) with all freight and handling charges added to invoice. Shipping policy only for destinations within the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

Merchandise Returns:
Products ordered but unused may be returned within 30 days of original invoice. Any unused products returned after 30 days will have a restocking fee deducted from the credit invoice. In either case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and all products must be returned in their original packaging to receive credit.


How to Return Products:
To return any products you must first E-mail Customer Service with your return order and invoice number. Customer Service will issue a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RGA #) to approve the return. No returns will be accepted without valid RGA #'s.


Product Information:
We strive to sell only BRASS BASE 130 VOLT incandescents rather than 120 volt aluminum base products. The reason is simple 130 volt products last longer and are less likely to blowout due to power surges. Brass bases are recommended because they do not oxidize or freeze in sockets.


Mixed or Matched Packaging:
Most all of our products with the exception of fluorescents are sold in ones (this gives you the opportunity to order any amount) rather than case quanities. We special package to suit your ordering needs.
